If possible, the Accelerator Reliability Workshops to have "current" and "past" subtopics. Under "past" ARW, we could have the links to the 2002 and 2009 workshops proceedings.

These subcategories have been removed now, because it was difficult to find the posts in all the subtopics. Just put all information about past Accelerator Reliability Workshops in the Forum "ARW: Accelerator Reliability Workshop", which is below the category "CONFERENCES / WORKSHOPS". If your post is about a past workshop then you should mention the year of the workshop in the Post title. For example "Summary of the ARW 2013 in Melbourne"
