Dear Particle Accelerator Reliability Forum Members
In preparation for discussions at ARW2011 (being held in Cape Town in April) I am about to send out a survey asking detailed questions about how institutions design, build and operate their accelerator electromagnets.
I am creating an e-mail list of people to whom I will send the link to the web-based survey. If you would like to be included in my e-mail list please write to me at cherrill@slac.stanford.edu and send me your e-mail address, or the name and e-mail address of the magnet engineer at your institution who would fill out the survey.
This PAR forum member list does not show your e-mail address, so I need you to send me it.

I anticipate having the survey ready around 1st March 2011 and it will need to be completed by 31st March 2011.
Thank-you.
