Hi Laurent,

Here at SLAC our call in lists are a bit disorganized and so far entirely offline.  This means that for an operator to find someone's contact info they must search through a binder with a few dozen pages of phone numbers that aren't organized alphabetically.  This is, obviously, time consuming and annoying.  To address this problem I made an application called PhoneTool that rapidly searches a database containing the contact information of our employees.

Additionally, I know quite a few operators from different labs in the US, and I'd like to try and get the word out about this board.  I'm sure others are building tools that we could all find useful.
