Hello and a suggestion
Hello-
My name's Mike and I'm an operator at SLAC. I was formerly an operator and then a coordinator at RHIC at BNL. Several operators here at SLAC including myself have developed some tools we think other accelerator labs might find useful. Would this be an appropriate place to share them? And if not, do any of you know where would be an appropriate place?
Thanks,
Mike Lafky

Hi Mike
Welcome on the forum !
Can you give some more details about your tool. So we will be able to find the good place to post it and promote it. Or maybe create an appropriate directory on this forum.
Thanks for your participation,
Laurent

All Good!
Laurent/Andreas, good to see some activity here (at last). May I suggest a section on downloads where relevant documentation can be uploaded and shared by all that need to?
I have a document I created some years ago (Protection of Electronics Components from High Voltage Discharge) that may be of interest. I bet there are more, too!

Hi Tony,
I think the Accelerator Reliability web page is the appropriate location to collect documents like these:
http://www.accelerator-reliability.org/
The page already has a "Documentation" area with a couple of documents.
Laurent, can you upload Tony's document?
Maybe the page should contain a little guideline, how to get documents uploaded to it?
The forum has only a very limited disk space, and I don't think it is the right place to collect documents.
Cheers
Andreas
